Keeping with Tradition

So, in keeping with tradition, I'm posting again today. I mean tonight. I guess it's today according to Rehm time. It is 1 AM. The kids are up and partying, so I guess it's still day time. Jeffrey is asking me if he can create his own blog because he's having so much fun reading mine.

Megan and Sara are asking me how to find their aunts' blogs, because they look really cool. I'm actually doing more with blogs for research for work, but the fun part is I get to play with them to learn about them. Hence, the pictures, postings, and blog changes.

Today was fun. (That was sarcastic for those of you who don't know me.) After the 5 millionth "Mom she hit me...kicked me...I wanna...can I have a...whaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh" I had it. According to Sara I said something along the lines of  "Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! I've had it everyone get in here for a family meeting NOW!!!" According to reliable sources that were at the scene I did some yelling too. But anyway, not important, moving on. We had a family meeting. Kids are now assigned chores. I'm excited though! I'm working full time and can't get to everything, and Megan and Sara are going to do a fantastic job (they're already well trained) and they'll be even more prepared to run their own household.

Well, it seems this blog now has a dedicated group of readers who have to read the latest every day, namely my children. So this post is for them.

Good night kiddies!

Love Mom.

  1. Do you really think that we will do a fantastic Job? Last time we had candy to bribe them with. We were also only doing it for a few days, not an entire summer!

  2. Of course you'll do great! You have Popsicles to bribe them with. And all you have to do really is make food and check off chores. And besides. I'm down the hall! It will be good for you. Character building or something like that. (PS I like your profile pic. It's something I would do!)
