Success! The Kids Were Quiet for FHE!

We were having FHE and the kids were out of control. Running around, crazy; if they could have reached them, they would have been swinging from the chandeliers.

We tried to keep the baby under control by first putting her in the high chair, then the play pen. Then the kids tried showing her cookbooks to keep her quiet. I know that sounds odd, but she loves anything food. Whenever she sees pictures of food or real food, she says "Yum!" in a really cute voice. So she was hiding out saying "Yum" while Jeffrey was finding things he wanted me to make for him, like Lemon Meringue Pie.

At some point, Jeffrey got hold of duct tape and decided that if we put duct tape on the baby's mouth that would keep her quiet. I said "No", so he put it on himself. Then Julia wanted some, and Mandy, and Stephanie, then Lisa decided to join the club. Then they wanted a picture.

Here it is! That's what it takes to get peace and quiet at the Rehm house.
